In today's lesson I am going to try and complete as much of my double page spread article draft as it has been set as my deadline for next week. Therefore I believe today would be the best time to work on it as I am able to be productive and get the majority of it done.

In today's lesson I managed to make a start on my promotional methods explaining what traditional and modern promotional methods that I could consider in order to advertise and promote my magazine nationally and internationally. We also got told that our article draft for front cover, contents page, and double page must be completed before the christmas holidays as that's our deadline and must be completed. I want to aim to try and get as many of the planning tasks on within the next two weeks to prevent me from falling behind.

In today's lesson I will find my sheet with all the tasks that need to be completed and highlight the ones I haven't completed. I hopefully will finish my new media powerpoint presentation today and upload it to scribd then embed it onto my blogger.

In today's lesson I will be arranging my blog into particular labels so that it is clear for my teacher when checking what tasks I have an haven't completed and also it makes it easier for the examiner when trying to find all my work and marking it. Therefore I hope to complete my labels correctly by the end of the lesson.

In today's lesson I am planning to finish off all of my questionnaire and move onto the next task I must complete for my coursework for my planning section. As we only have one lesson I won't be able to get as much done in comparison to what I would normally complete in a double.

In today's free I achieved my target as I was able to complete my equipment powerpoint presentation and was able to make corrections to my existing mastheads task. Therefore I feel that I was on task today and worked effectively as I completed everything I was aiming to do.

Today I am coming into my media room on my free periods to try and complete my equipment task as my teacher believes it's an easier task and wont take as long in comparison to some of the other tasks that we will have to complete during our course. During the second period of my free I won't be able to carry on with my coursework as I have community leadership in media with a year 10 class.

In today's lesson as I have got a double period I am aiming to get the the majority of the proposal done by the end. Therefore I will hopefully zone out and manage any distractions around me in hope that I will be able to complete all that I'm aiming to.

In today's lesson we were told my Miss Baker on what we all will be focusing for the next term and what the first pieces of work are that need to be completed. These were to do the proposal for our magazine and to focus on the target audience. As we only got a single period of lesson time today we were only able to make notes however by next lesson we will know exactly what to do and will be able to make a start on it straight away without any issues or difficulties.

For my deadline I have now finished completely my representations I now have a new aim which is to finish my institutions and audience deadline. I personally believe that I should be able to complete both as its a manageable target as the institutions powerpoint should only be around 2 slides containing the main publishing houses. Once these two have been completed it will mean that I have achieved and managed to complete my deadline within the time given to me leading me to be able to work on my planning section as soon as we get back from our half term.
